don't feel alone

i've been there too

I used to see photographers on FaceBook seem to get bookings all the time and I was struggling getting someone to buy a $1k wedding package. I am now booked out and regularly sell high end wedding packages of $12k with an average wedding booking of $6900.

I was afraid that I wasn’t a good enough photographer to get paid and I was afraid I was never getting any traction on Fb, I was so scared I wasn’t going to be able charge what I needed to survive, let alone create a lifestyle I love.

I started my photography business from a 36ft Bedford bus in a remote rural community of 3000 people, I struggled to get $200 for a session plus 30 edited photos on a disc. Now I average $1850 per family session and $6900 for weddings.

I had people tell me I would never make money from photography and asking when was I going to get a real job!

Despite the nay sayers I was able to figure out how to make this work.
