Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer | Moroney’s sneak peek

Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer | Belinda-Jane and Luke Moroney’s sneak peek

Wow… Well I dont even know where to start… But I guess a good place is to say a BIG congratulations
to the new Mr and Mrs Moroney, Luke & Belinda-Jane.
And all I can say is that I LOVE being a Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer, I am so lucky!
I have so many things I want to say, but really don’t think I have the room to write it all, I
will attempt the condensed version!! and OMG was it hard to pick photos for the slide show!

When I first met them both at their engagement session, I knew that their wedding was going to be a really special day,
and that it was! They are both such lovely people and Beej is unbelievably thoughtful of everyone!
It was their wedding day, but they had gifts for the people who were sharing it with them, the groomsmen,
the flower girl, the bridesmaids, their parents… and even us, the photographers…
their generosity and thoughtfulness really blew us away.

……………

 Belinda-Jane and Lukes love story….
31.12.07 they met at Streaky Bay
01.01.08 their first kiss
03.01.08 their first date at Glenelg
01.02.08 Big Day Out
22.10.10 Beej moved to the farm
30.07.11 He ask?…
and she said YES
Moroney Rd, Chandada
13.10.12 Mr & Mrs
Luke and Belinda-Jane Moroney
…………..
Forever and ever

Their day was filled with personal and romantic touches…
Colours were soft pinks, blues and purples, with lace and pearl as accentuating details.
I just loved capturing all the touches that made their day unique, the awesome purple shoes, the “i do” stickers,
the family tree, her grandma’s brooch, their motif, personalised polarised name placement tags
Mr and Mrs signs for their chair’s just to name a few things…

I think the slide show will best show the feel of the day and all the care and love that went into planning their magical day…

Thank you both once again for allowing us to be part of your special day, your first day as husband and wife,
it was truly an honour to be part of your day. I wish you the very very best for many years of happiness together.

Remember to scroll down to the bottom of your screen to see their wedding day slideshow:) Enjoy…

The gift that Marie and I were given:) along with my personalised name card… Love it..

How lucky am I to meet such gorgeous people all from being a Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer. A big congratulations and best wishes to Beej & Luke.

Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer | Scott & Sophie’s Sneak Peek

Port Lincoln Wedding Photographer | Scott & Sophie’s Sneak Peek

Saturday the 7th of April was Sophie and Scott’s wedding day and I was thinking to myself how lucky I was to be a Port Lincoln wedding photographer

The weather in Lincoln, was just lovely… The day before had been blowing a gale and spitting with rain, but thankfully all that had past, and what was left was beautiful overcast skies…

You might remember a little while ago I posted a sneak peek of Scott and Sophie’s E-shoot. Engagement sessions are such a great way to get to know each other and makes wedding day photo’s so much smoother.

When we arrived at the girls place Saturday morning they all looked absolutely gorgeous, and were all so happy. We were quickly getting as many detail photos as we could, and it wasnt long before Sophie was stepping into her beautiful gown, then we were off to the ceremony!
Flinders park was such a lovely setting for the ceremony, there were white chairs, lanterns hanging in the trees and flower petals leading down the isle to where Scott was waiting. After the ceremony and once Sophie and Scott had been congratulated by all their guests we all left to go to the Winery for their main photoshoot.

Because I love a good laugh…. And I dont mind you having a laugh at my expense, I will share with you a little story… While I was explaining to Sophie what I wanted her to do, I kicked my leg out (showing what to do) and my shoe came off hurtling towards Scott & Sophie, oh my gosh!! Did we have a good laugh.. and then I was hoping around on one foot trying to get to my other shoe, thankfully there wasnt too many prickles… lol!!

The Yacht Club was a great place for the reception, it was so great to have a location close to the water which allowed for a couple of more awesome shots.

I also want to say a huge thank you to Bridget for assisting me at the wedding and for the next week or so. I believe it is invaluable to have an assistant/second photographer at your wedding, that is why next year all of my wedding packages will include one. It is such a help to me to have someone to hold things, grab things, and capture images which I have no way of capturing because I cant possibly be in two places at once… And even more helpful to the Bride and Groom in capturing their story.

Here is a little sneak peek of Sophie and Scott’s wedding day. After all of the photos you will find their slideshow… Their wedding dance was to Everywhere by Fleetwood Mac, so it seemed fitting for that to play with the slideshow. Sit back and enjoy!

Congratulations Sophie and Scott on a beautiful wedding, Thank you for being a dream to work with and wishing you all the very best for your future together:)

I am just so lucky that I am Port Lincoln wedding photographer and was able to share in your dream day
