I cant wait to do the shoot and share the images with you all. I am so excited!

Bridal Session Giveaway Competition

A couple of weeks ago I published a blog post about the Bridal Session Giveaway I am currently running.
I am just LOVING the entires I have so far, remember if you are thinking of getting your entry in you have until the 12th of February!

I am giving away a free “Bridal Session” and a leather covered lay flat album with edited imaged from the session valued at over $2200

Perhaps on your wedding day the weather was horrible, you couldnt get to the beach (and you are both such beachy people) or you werent happy with your hair, or you ran out of time and had to get back to the reception (and didnt get that sunset picture you had always dreamed of), or perhaps you were just OVER having your photo taken (because lets face it, it can be alot getting photographed for 8 hrs) but in hindsight you would really love that shot!!

Well Bridal sessions are the answer… and this is why I am adding them to my collections.

What is a Bridal session?
A bridal session is a portrait session of a bride or couple in their bridal attire on a day other than their wedding day. These types of sessions can take place before or after your wedding day. If you are doing it before the wedding it could perhaps help you practice hair and make up (Do you like that eye shadow or should you wear your hair down?), you can get used to wearing the wedding attire, learn how to bustle that fancy train and walk in those heels! You could even have the photos from the session enlarged and on display at the wedding reception!
These sessions can also be done the day after your wedding, a week after or even a few months after… (Perhaps you need to wait to get that dress cleaned)

Bridal sessions can just be about you and your partner and your love for each other.
No stress from your wedding day, no one else putting their two bobs worth in, and no timelines to stick too.

Ok… so I am looking at photographing my first Bridal Session, so that I can then show others the images that can be achieved from one of these sessions!
Perhaps you didnt get to have photos on the beach, perhaps you want to include a trash the dress session as well, perhaps you are renewing your vowels,
or perhaps your wedding was a little while ago but you would love to buy a new dress and get all dressed up again!!

Streaky Bay Wedding – Mrs Pixie Moses

Saturday I had the privilege of travelling to Streaky Bay to photograph
the wedding of Pixie and Cal Moses.

As they eloped, I was waiting for them to share the great news with family and friends, before I shared any images.

Thanks Pixie and Cal for allowing me to be part of your special day!

Here is a little sneak peak…
