Emma + Rory choose a spectacular day to be married. They celebrated with their adoring family, lovely wedding party and jubilant friends. They were encircled with endearing warmth; at Deviation Road Winery located in the Adelaide Hills. The winery is surrounded by the amazing natural bushland, big tall trees, the property also has a dam (and some gorgeous doors – just a little bit of the photographer coming out in me!!).
Emma + Rory are a beautiful couple deeply in love and it shows with abundant laughing, many happy tears, embraces and smiles all around, it was simply heart-warming.
I absolutely love ‘how we met’ stories; Here is what Emma told me about their first introduction “The week before I moved to London, I tagged along to a friend’s (Tara) family dinner. Originally I wasn’t going to go, I didn’t want to crash their family dinner but ended up going because I wanted to spend as much time as I could with Tara before moving to London. Tara had mentioned the dinner was for Michael from Perth (Tara’s step cousin, I think?!) for his 21st birthday and he was with his friend aka boyfriend …or so we assumed. After a few champagnes and lots of laughing, I discovered Rory wasn’t Michael’s boyfriend and we clicked right away and spent the whole night talking and laughing.”
