K1 winery wedding photos | Tegan + Matt’s Sneak Peek

Tegan and Matt’s wedding on Saturday was simply stunning! The weather may have had a few people worried, however there were only a few light spots of rain throughout the day, so it wasnt too bad at all, and who doesnt love big bold clouds in their wedding photos…

Tegan and I met at Cocolat in the city (I had never been before, but wow their hot chocolate is NICE!) which actually seems like forever ago now, when she first started talking about her wedding day I was getting so excited. I love love love when people value photography and really cherish it and I am so thankful that Tegan is one of them:) And… we share the same birthday!!:)

Kim was my awesome second shooter for the day and we met with the girls at the McLaren Vale Studio Apartments, capturing Tegan’s gorgeous dress and details… I even got a quick snap of the bride with a broom in her hand.. hehehe because… like most people who have had a shoot with me would know…. I move things around, and funnily enough sometimes uncover things.. dirt, dust.. lol… The guys were hanging out at Tynan farm, so we scooted across there, to find some really cool bits and bobs and awesome locations there too… Kim and I were having so much fun, maybe laughing a little bit to much… me.. no… never:) I am so lucky that I am able to do something I love!

The ceremony was lovely, and the rain just held off.. I thought it was a beautiful touch that Tegan and Matt’s Mums were the ring bearers and witnesses.

For the bridal party pictures we utilised the Jag before it had to leave… near the vines and in the gorgeous drive way… for the rest of the wedding photos we headed to Tynan farm as well as utilising many of the gorgeous spots around K1 Winery … We could have spent hours just walking around and using them all.

Gosh.. I am really starting to not like my job of picking sneak peek images… tooooooo hard!
