Amanda and Steve shared their vows in front of family and friends at their wedding ceremony in the Barossa Valley, in the beautiful setting of Saltram Estate Winery. Later in the day, we all convened again for their reception – held at Vinters Bar and Grill.
The outdoor wedding ceremony was decorated with hanging trinkets, vintage suitcases and simple flower arrangements everywhere. The wedding reception followed the same simple vintage theme and it worked perfectly for the already gorgeous Vinters Bar and Grill (delicious food, and a great space!). Stone walls, dark wood floors, long tables, hessian runners, candles and lavender, lavender, lavender! Simple and stunning.
We had so many chances for bridal party photos throughout the day, thanks to the first look, time between the ceremony and reception, and some sunset shots during the reception in the vines. A stone bridge and a forest added a fairytale feel to their photos, and when they were followed by a cow…well you can’t get much more country than that! Exactly the theme Amanda wanted!
For this Barossa wedding and reception at Vinters Bar and Grill, I was not only blessed with a gorgeous location, but also a fantastic couple. What made it seem even more beautiful was the fact that Steve and Amanda had planned their wedding from interstate. Yes, for the beautiful couple, this South Australian wedding was essentially a destination wedding, and I have to say, for being in a different state during the planning stages, they certainly did a good job of it!
But what really stood out on their wedding day was their love for each other; “Right from the start, we just clicked and you couldn’t keep us apart” May nothing stay in the way of your love! Many happy returns.
