Sarah and Trent held their March 15th wedding reception at Partridge House (link to other blog) in Glenelg, and their wedding reception was held at another iconic Glenelg location, the Stamford Grand.
Pre-dinner canapés and drinks were served for wedding guests and then the bridal party made their entrance before dinner – all of the food was so delicious and I commend all of the staff at the Stamford Grand for their professionalism! The wedding reception theme was white and silver with a touch of bling, and the room looked very elegant and chic. Sarah’s self-confessed ‘fussy’ ways her during wedding planning had really helped in her pulling off a beautiful wedding.
There were beautiful white roses on every table for wedding centrepieces, and chocolates for the wedding bomboniere to go with the amazing second wedding cake (in fact, both cakes were amazing!). The guests were a lot of fun! Trent and Sarah obviously mean a lot to their friends – one guest had flown from London for the wedding, landing in Adelaide on Friday and was flying back Sunday!
Check out this solid chocolate cake.. Awesomeness!!
Despite the weather we had fun getting their beach wedding at Glenelg images and I think they turned out fantastic, but I might be biased! The happiness between Sarah and Trent was obvious, you couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces all day. It was an absolute pleasure working with them and I hope their elegant wedding day was even better than they had imagined. Congratulations Sarah and Trent – here’s cheers to a lifetime of happiness.
